The new updates have turned a great game into an unmissable one. The new scouting lets us judge our opponents and the Plunder section means we no longer find ourselves weighted down with booty we don't want. The dynamic combat has given me some absolutely cracking fights and I'm now just kitting out my new Knight and Peasant characters ready to go delving down the Halls of Shadowbane. Gorabanders Ho! - ANDREW

Just had my first Special Encounter and after four days wracking my brain over the puzzle, inspiration came and I was able to open the crypt and remove the Sword of Lightfear. And what a weapon! Only hope I can hang on to it as already one group has been scouting me out to try and get their hands on it. Get off its mine! I think the updated Second Age is so far superior to the the original Quest that they are like two separate games. - JEFF

Second Age

I love the Second Age, it is exactly what the game should have always been. No longer it is a case of sitting in town getting powerful. The only real way to get meaty is to go out and go adventuring, fighting monsters and searching dungeons. At last you can find items worth fighting for and the fights themselves can get really exciting. I initially had reservations when Second Age was introduced, mainly due to the fleeing and the spell casting, but after the new ASC and working out new tactics I have certainly been won over. If you aren't in Second Age yet then you're missing out big time. - CRAIG

My opinion of the Second Age of Crasimoff, is that the land is dangerous to travel once more - even for the most experienced and powerful of parties. Second Age separates the warriors from the boys. - STEVE

I'm blown away by Second Age and with the in-game scenarios a brilliant game gets even better. I've even had a character killed outright (swallowed by a Hell Wyrm) but I loved it, my guys fighting a damn hard battle with tons of fantastic descriptions, the soul stealing +6 great sword we got from the dead creature's lair made it worthwhile. I play other PBM & PBeM games but I'm seriously considering giving them all up so that I can start even more parties in Second Age of Crasimoff. This game kicks ass! - PERRY
